Web Design for Filmmakers

By requesting a quote and engaging in web development services with Kakha Beridze, you agree to the following foundational terms:

1. Project Initiation & Deposits

Work commences strictly after a formal Statement of Work (SOW) is signed by both parties and a non-refundable 50% upfront deposit is successfully processed. The remaining 50% is due prior to the final site launch or file handover.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all necessary text content, brand assets (logos, images), and legal documents (e.g., your own privacy policies) in a timely manner. Delays in content delivery may result in adjusted project timelines.

3. Revisions

Standard packages include two (2) rounds of structural/design revisions. Additional major revisions requested outside the original scope of work will be billed at an hourly rate.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client assumes full ownership of the front-end website assets. Kakha Beridze retains the right to display the completed project within a professional portfolio.
